Say yes to the cafe, without the chaos

A cafe wants a standing order. Great. They order from a private page with your notice rule built in. You deliver, get a name on the receipt, and email a PDF invoice in one click. No delivery goes unbilled.

Right now, a cafe order means late texts and forgotten invoices

  • Cafes text an order at 9 PM for tomorrow morning.
  • You write receipts by hand, or not at all.
  • Invoices go out late, and some never go out.
  • You are not sure which cafe is worth the drive.

Proof gives each cafe a place to order, keeps a record of every drop-off, and keeps the invoices moving. You keep the mornings.

What you get

A portal for each cafe

Turn on the portal for an account. Send a private link, or give their staff an email and password. Cafes see their open balance, upcoming and recent deliveries, and invoices, and they can send a request for a date.

  • A private link you can rotate to cut off old copies
  • Cafes pay invoices online by card, to your Stripe
  • Your days of notice, checked on every request
A cafe's portal: open balance, next delivery, invoices with a Pay online button, and Send a request.

Requests first, then deliveries

A request is not an order until you say so. Turn it into a delivery or decline it. A delivery carries the loaves, that cafe's prices and the delivery time, and it goes straight onto your demand board.

  • Set prices per account, or use your wholesale price list
  • Payment terms from due on delivery to net 30
  • Consignment accounts with returns
Two wholesale requests, each with a Make delivery and a Decline button.

Deliver with a signed receipt

At the door, enter what you dropped off and anything returned, and type the name of the person who took it. Proof keeps the name and the time. Email the receipt as a PDF in one click.

Invoices on each cafe's schedule

Each account bills per delivery, weekly or monthly. The invoices page lists what is ready to invoice and when each account bills. Press Run invoicing, look them over, then email each PDF in one click.

Know what each cafe is worth

Every account has its own page with volume by product, spend over time, recent requests and invoices. See who is growing and who is worth the early drive.

Questions about wholesale

Something else? Email help@tryproof.io and a person will answer.

Do cafes need to make an account?
No. You can send a private link. If you prefer, give their staff an email and password instead.
Can a cafe order for tomorrow?
Only if your notice rule allows it. The default is 3 days, and you can change it in Settings.
Do invoices send themselves?
No, and that is on purpose. Run invoicing builds them. You look them over, then email each PDF with one click.
Which plan includes wholesale?
Microbakery and Bakery. Starter is built for drops and subscriptions.
